I was reading an article by Dr. Farrell about Fund managers disclosure. Is 
it true they can pay themselves high salaries at the expense of fund 
holders. And why is the regulation #17j-1 stalled? We deserve that 
information so we can make an informed investment into a fund instead of 
blindly putting money into a fund not knowing if it is stolen by a fund 
manager.
