The Accounting Reform Issue needs to support a strong Public Accountability 
Board (PAB). The Board needs strong and broad powers to be able to investigate 
and subpoena witnesses and documents. Congress can extend that power to the 
independent SEC Public Accountability Board if Congress establishes the Board 
by law. Partner with the Congress to give Government power to a non Government 
independent entity (PAB) by introducing and supporting the current introduced 
Senate bill.
