My name is Robert Kevin Smith. I live in Dallas TX. I believe this is a good 
vs. evil situation. I invested in Jag Media because I believe that good will 
come out on top. My broker did me wrong during the April `02 recap and tried 
to get me to sell and even sent me a Carol Remond article that made my 
investment lose 40%. I refuse to sell and help EVIL and WRONG win. I did not 
sell another stock after 9-11 and my stock dropped from 15 to 7. My kids` 
college money is in this company(WIRE). It now sits at 17. EVIL and wrong 
did not win.

My opinion is that without TRADE SETTLEMENT and FINES for the brokers David 
has NO chance against Goliath. I trust in God and in this great country that 
enough people will do the right thing to get this matter straight. Thanks 
for your efforts tofinally stop this abuse, Robert K. Smith.
