Thank You, SEC!!  This is a step in the right direction, imo, and something 
that has been needing to be done for a long time! Blatant manipulation of OTC 
stocks is a scandal that should bring shame and punishment to those who engage 
in naked short selling.  It has been denied by those who engage in it, even 
while lining their pockets at the expense of the small investor and small 
companies.  More power to you!
