It would be nice to see a fixed limit on short selling on otc stocks. There needs to be a max on short selling look at what the naked shorts and market makers are doing to stocks like CMKM forcing the company to change its name to give shareholders a chance to have some value buy forcing the shorts and market makers to cover. Also, it takes money to do business and the market makers which are the same as naked shorts need to get the boot.
