OPINION! A 35% trigger is way too high,almost any public petition will trigger @ 25% of voters except in recalls.The voters in those cases have had a legitimate selective vote to begin with and feel they have been misled or absolutely lied to.In fact 25% of all outstanding shares should put a name on the proxy ballot for director,stop and think what a daunting task that would be.

Beig lied to was our case when my wife and I lost 5% of our capital in the World Com debacle,and for retirees that is devastating.
