Dear Sirs; As a shareholder of several publicly owned companies I support this proposal. I find it unconscientiable that shareholders have such limited involvement in corporate oversight especially in light of the continuing examples of management wrong-doings unnoticed or even perhaps abetted by corporate boards. I would like to see a more far-reaching measure, but would support this proposal as a start. Thank you for your attention, TJ Horten |
