I support the SEC's proposed rule #S7-19-03. Shareholders' ability to nominate Director candidates will make for better corporate governance and rebuild confidence in the investment markets. I also urge the SEC to strengthen the proposed rule by incorporating the enhancements recommended by the National Coalition for Corporate Reform of which the Maine State Treasurer is a member. To do less would be irresponsible. Thank you
