To Whom it May Concern,

I strongly support the Securities and Exchange Commission's proposal to allow limited Security Holder Director Nominations. I have only been investing in individual corporate stocks for about ten years and my holdings are meager. As a result, I and the tens of thousands of other small investors have little say in the oversight of companies we fund. Even the most novice investors (for that matter, even those who do not invest) know that corporate governance has, in many cases, left a lot to be desired. Any rule which would make corporate boards more responsive and accountable to shareholders is a step in the right direction. Thank you for you hard work.

Sincerely,

Richard E. Gettmann
