Dear Sir, I am in favor of the rule changes appplicable to nominating and electing directors. In addition, I think the SEC should go further with the rules to protect pension benefits promised during salary negotiations. Lucent has cancelled my dental care, eye care and a death benefit worth $75,000 to my wife of 48 years. This was done to enhance the earnings of the corproation as stated in the Wall Street Journal.
