Subject: Shareholder selection of Board of Director candidatesS7-19-03

To whom it may concern:

As a shareholder in several US coporations, I do not approve of the current one-sided approach to the selection of board of director candidates. Any significant shareholder should be able to nominate a Board of directors candidate and get their nominees name on the proxy ballots issued by the corporation. The votes of shareholders should be binding and not advisory in elections and other matters as well.
