I approve of changing the methods by which the heads of companys are nominated and selected. Please do more to have fairer ballots, ones that list all of the people seeking the position.

By allowing the investors to place nominees on the ballot, investors will have greater ablitily to force corporate changes if a member of the board of directors has been found to be ineffective. It could even prevent this runaway corporate salaries from getting even larger.

One company's (one I was employeed by) was serving out pink slips by the thousands, when they gave the ineffective outgoing CEO a golden parachute worth millions. This sort of activity needs to stop.

Thank you again for supporting changes. You have my support as an investor to enfource these changes.
