How can any board director justify most management's salaries? When some of them get salaries and benefits which are hundreds' times what the employees get that are working to get their companies profitable. This is certainly not the atmosphere that makes for happy employees and therefore they will not be productive. The proposed rule that some director have a substantial holding in the company is a good start, but needs additional work. Le Roy Dockter 542 Harvest Lane Verona, WI 53593 608-845-5146
