As a result of gross mismanagement of so many companies by top executives
without proper oversight by their Boards of Directors or Trustees, many
people in the United States and around the world have not confidence in
business corporations.  We are depending on you to make rules that allow
for a more democratic process in the selection of Board members.  We need
you to reduce and eliminate obstacles preventing stockholders from having
accurate information about company operationsa.  You must also eliminate
obstacles to stockholders having a true voice in decisions by opening up
the real possibility of electing trustees that share their values and
inspire confidence in their oversight capabilities.
