I don't have anything sophisticated to say about the
proposal.  I just came here as a result of a Wall
Street Journal article saying you were toning the
proposal down.  I don't want that.  

Reading over the comments page, I can see you have a
lot of legitimate input from both sides to incorporate
into the regulation.  Please try to incorporate those
suggestions into this regulation and not a weaker,
toothless one.  You couldn't possibly tilt too far
toward shareholder democracy just with this one
regulation -- there's a long way to go yet.  I support
this proposal.
