The current system of corporate governance needs to be overhauled. I am in favor of the new proposed changes. As an MBA student I look forward to the day that I am on a board of directors not because I befriended the current directors or because my opponents could not afford to let the shareholders know they are running. In today’s corporate climate there is no such thing as too much corporate governance and these proposed changes are a step in the right direction. Johnnie Simpson Jr. |
