Dear SEC,
	As a shareholder of Hewlett Packard company, I strongly support the
proposed new rules allowing investor nominees for boards of directors. This
is a critical step to gain control of corporate accounting abuses that has
destroyed investor portfolios and ruined the life savings of many honest
Americans.  Please do the patriotic thing and approve these proposed rules.
