As a shareholder in nearly two dozen different companies, representing a fair spectrum of various industries, I would welcome the opportunity to be able to vote for shareholder director nominees at the same time I am requested to vote on the directors that have been rubber stamped by current board directors.

I am still asking why the upper echelon of Enron has not been indited, along with the many other directors who rubber stamp a company's proposals regardless of merit or ethics.
