Dear Sir\Madam 
    I am one of those investors burnt by Enron & Worldcom. Please do tell me that 
I have the rights to vote for my own directors and kick any of the non performing 
directors (e.g. Disney hoards of current directors) out.   For a democratic 
country like ours, we have a shareholder voting system that more resembles the 
way the peoples are elected in Iran.  FYI ... In Iran the "religous" council 
decide who can be elected, and the electorate could only pick from that pool of 
people.
