I support the proposal to allow investor nominees for boards of the directors on the proxy ballot.

Investors should have access to the proxy ballot and a meaningful shareholder role in the voting. This rule would be a step toward a system that gives shareholders a real voice and choice in selecting directors to oversee the corporations they own.
