Subject: I am pro "SECURITY HOLDER DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS" proposal

I am pro because it gives more shareholder control to the companies they 
invest in.  I'm sure there are thousands of emails that list the benefits, 
so I'll skip it, but I hope this propal will pass, and return some investor 
confidence to the workings of corporate governance.
