I support changes to force corporations to allow shareholders to more easily
nominate directors.  Current corporate directors are not accountable to
shareholders in any meaningful way.  My employer, Honeywell, even requires
an 80% super-majority to change anything, thus practically guaranteeing that
nothing will ever change.

I strongly support reform in corporate governance and increased
accountability to shareholders.
