As a relatively small investor I wholeheartedly support any move which will give whe real owners of a company some way to make their wishes known. As it stands our only recourse is to withhold a vote for a direstor. This serves no purpose since he/she is running unopposed and will be elected anyway. I would also like to see that no (or a small minority) insider/management be allowed to hold a position on the board. Sincerely Chuck Fimmen |
