More needs to be done to give share holders more say in keeping companies honest and motivated. The time is past for corporate management to be the beginning, middle and end to all things in that corporation. When you are able to completely shut down all voices, corporate management has no reason to operate in a fair, open and honest manner. Charles F Askey
