Gentlemen:

The time has come to give investors a seat at the table on Corporate Boards. The cronyism, nepotism and other shenanigans have got to be stopped, and there is no way to do it if investors don't have a means to elect directors who would represent investor interests. True investors aren't interested in steps that will threaten the company--just the opposite: they want to see corporate American grow and prosper. It is increasingly difficult for this to happen when the top management of company after company is siphoning off such a hugh percentage of the profits for personal perks and salaries and options which are truly unconscionable. It is time--please act on our behalf--and don't make the process so onerous that it is well-nigh impossible to achieve!

Sincerely,

Carol Ann Clemens
(Mrs. Lawrence G. Clemens)
