Subject: I support the new proposal on Corporate Boards [s7-19-03]

   As a holder of individual securities and mutual funds, I'm for any proposal that 
will increase the oversight of individual corporations. Obviously the SEC, Auditors, 
and the company boards haven't done their jobs, or have chosen to play dumb. The 
good-old- boys are going to fall.

   Obviously, self regulation doesn't work. Crooks are going to setup a means so 
they get hurt?? Obviously not. A poor man will go to prison if caught stealing a loaf 
of bread to feed his family, but a white collar crook gets to keep his money. Explain 
the justice to me PLEASE. Is Ken Lay still a free man??
