As an individual stockholder, I should have a right to vote either "for" or "against" an individual director. As it stands, all I can do is "withhold" my vote. Even if 99% of the votes are withheld, the individual is still elected. My only alternative is to sell. This concept, in my opinion, is just plain wrong. I hope you will make a real change. Thank you.
