I strongly support making electronic filing of Form 13F mandatory.
     
I oppose making the filing of a "structured file with position-sensitive 
layout of data records" for Form 13F optional. A mandatory structured 
filing should be accepted by the SEC on diskette or via direct 
transmission, as well as on magnetic tape.
     
I request that EDGAR provide an online report (based on Form 13F filings) 
of institutions owning a designated security.
     
I request that EDGAR provide an online report (based on Form 13F filings) 
of securities owned by a designated institution.
     
I request that filing of Form 13F be required to be on a more timely 
basis such as within five days following the end of each month.
