Subject: Regarding Mutual Fund Prospectus disclosures

I would like to add my support to that of Roger Lowenstein as expressed in 
today's Wall Street Journal that sponsors of mutual funds be required to 
disclose how much portfolio managers have invested in the funds they 
manage.  What do they have to hide?  This is the truest measure of 
confidence that can be provided.
