I heartily endorse your proposal to adopt the use of profiles and 
streamlined prospectuses. 
     
With so very, very many new investors entering the market through 
their 40lKs particularly and with so many mutual funds available 
today, you would be doing the "common person" an enormous benefit if 
a profile were developed for each fund, highlighting answers to those 
nine key questions.  
     
So many people are ignorant of the workings of  the stock market and 
of mutual funds and are therefore often reluctant to progress beyond 
a relatively safe money market fund.  You would most definitely be 
helping them build much more substantial retirement estates with your 
proposal.
