I believe any reduction in the information presently available in Mutual Fund 
Propectuses limit my ability to make my own judgements.  
     
I have serious doubts about the honesty and ability of many fund managers 
which if given the opportunity to twist ior distort nformation in their favor 
will do so.
     
Investing is not an easy process and by permitting funds "simplfy" the 
prospectus is short changing the investor. I believe that some scan't be 
simplfied without seriously limiting important information.
