Dear Mr. Katz,
     
As a long time individual investor, I would like to express my strong approval 
for the proposed new "Profiles" for mutual fund companies. I believe that they 
would be easier to read and understand. In addition, the mutual fund companies 
would save tens of millions of dollars each year. This would enable them to 
perform better for their customers, and would increase our return on our 
investment.
