     I urge you and SEC to approve the Profile Prospectus for the following 
     two reasons:
     
     1) The Profile Prospectus is in a short, easy to read format where the 
     key information is right at the investors finger tips. Most investors, 
     like myself, are professional people and do not have the time to read 
     a detail prospectus for the key information. Especially, if the 
     investor is reviewing several funds for possible investment.
     
     2) The Profile Prospectus is cost efficient to both the mutual fund 
     company and to the investor because it will lower printing costs as 
     well as mailing costs.
