CONTENTS OF CONVERSATIONS

Commission staff member Patricia Albrecht and Credit Suisse First Boston representative Ira Krulik discussed the costs involved in adding information to be disclosed on the disclaimer found on the back of futures confirmations and the cost of changing systems to capture information. Mr. Krulik and Ms. Albrecht also discussed the fact that payment for order flow is not currently practiced in the futures industry and discussed whether the practice would exist in the trading of securities futures products. In addition, they discussed the fact that there is no principal trading in the futures industry except for exchanges for physicals and block trading.
