Dear SEC,
 
I am writing to urge you to adopt rule S7-14-03.  All owners of a 
corporation's voting shares are entitled to equal access to participation 
in the process of nomination of directors.  I applaud this action as a 
positive first step toward more fully opening up the process to all 
shareholders.
