Subject: Rule S7-14-03

It is long overdue time to extend democracy to the corporate world: full
disclosure, full transparency, full participation of shareholders, and
simple, clear, meaningful voting.  Rule S7-14-03, requiring greater
disclosure of how board members come to be nominated, is a small but
welcome step in this direction.

Pass it quickly so that you can get on to the much larger reforms that
still need to be made.
