I appreciate the SEC taking this first step. Please continue the discussion about further reforms that would make it easier for minority shareholders to nominate directors. These are truly crucial steps for corporate democracy. I encourage the SEC Directors to support these changes, as a first step toward opening up the boardrooms of corporate America.
