Subject: Load and Expense Disclosure

To whom it may concern,
     
It would be a bad thing for us middle class investors who don't have 
millions in mutual funds if all the fund companies didn't have to 
disclose their loads and expenses.  It makes a big difference to me to 
know those facts.  If I'm looking at two funds that are essentially the 
same for return and investing ideals how do I pick from there.  For me I 
would pick the one with the lowest fees, wouldn't you?  Thank you for
