My name is Jeff Schwarz and I am not affiliated with any organization.
     
I like the idea of keeping more legalese out of mutual fund prospectuses.
     
However, sometimes when you remove information that is "common" to everything 
in a category, that information instead becomes "unknown" to the general 
public.
     
To prevent this from happening, how about a separate section, or publication, 
from the fund, which lists these matters.  Also, the prospectus should 
include any deviations from the standard.
