I feel that the transition to electronic filing would benefit the financial 
industry as well as the public.  I realize this will be a time consuming 
process at the front end, but by doing so will allow ADV's to be accessed 
more conveniently and will also allow the SEC to regulate Form ADV in a more 
efficient manner.  As long as the SEC allows for very thorough proper 
instruction in making this transition I see no negative impact and look 
forward to this change.
