As a broker with a Series 6 and 63 license I feel that the 12b-1 fees that are 
currently in place allow me to spend the time necessary to properly advise my 
clients on an on going basis.  If these fees are no longer paid in the form of 
trail commissions I know that it would be unfeasable for me to provide the 
service that my clients have come to expect because I would have to be 
concentrating solely on new business to generate up front commissions.
