To whom it may concern.    Your efforts to clean up abuses in the Mutual Fund
Industry are apluded.  However, lets not thorw out the baby with the bath water.
As a registered representative in this industry I spend a whole lot of time with
clients annually reviewing things with them and reallocating as their
circumstances change and even more time and effort keeping them following the
plan and from making bad decisions based on Market Performance.  This work adds
a value to the consumer beyond the meager compensation paid the representative. 
Please preserve this necessary value added as you search for ways to clean up
the industry.
