Subject: SEC new rules proposal is excellent about insider sales (S7-09-02)

Dear SEC staff:

The proposal of insider to report immediately the selling of their shares is one VERY positive step to making the market better. Insider selling has long been a source of DILUTION to the individual investor and as shareholders its only fair that we know it is happening as soon as possible. Keep up the good work.
