Thanks to the website, Motley Fool, I have become aware of the Proposed Rule: 
S7-09-00.
     
As a senior citizen who has money invested in a mutual fund, I believe the 
rule is long overdue. Everyone should be aware of the true "after tax" 
earnings their investments.
