Subject: Rule S7-09-00

On behalf of 23 mutual fund investors in my family, and 12 currently avoid them,
I voice our concern that Mutual funds are not currently obligated to post after 
tax returns.  If consumer rights is really a priority of our government, then it
stands to reason that such a disclosure be obligatory.
