I read a description of this proposed legislation on the Motley Fool Website 
and I recommend approval.  I've tried to get this after-tax performance 
information on my own previously and found it very difficult.  This rule 
change would definitely benefit consumers by making more accurate mutual fund 
performance data clearly available.  Thank you!!
