Dear Sirs,
     
This is an excellent idea and I want to express my strong support for your 
efforts to side with individual investors. The mutual fund industry will 
vigorously oppose this for one reason only -- it makes their returns appear very
disappointing. However, you folks are doing the public a great service by 
proposing that funds disclose after tax returns.
