Requiring mutual fund companies to show after-tax returns is a benefit to the 
average investor.  Reading through multi-page prospectus to find fees written in
small print and determine the actual net return can be a challenge even to 
accountants and tax advisors.  This new rule would be an additional step to 
providing a level playing field for all investors.
