        To Whom It May Concern,
     
        I respectfully request your approval of the disclosure of mutual
fund tax returns measure.  As an experienced investor, I find it difficult 
to compare mutual fund performance unless I consult a financial periodical, 
usually Forbes magazine, to compare after tax results.  I seriously doubt 
that most individual investors have these resources at hand or even know 
they exist when the broker i.e. salesperson comes calling.
