Subject: S7-09-00 Date: 05/25/2000 9:57 PM By all means, we investors need as much information as possible when investing in general, and in mutual funds in particular, in order to make a more concise and proper judgement on how and where to invest our money. It seems that mutual funds want to hide too much from us, and that makes me all the more cynical of the so called professional money managers. I am invested in some mutual funds. But as I get more acquainted with my investment options and my ability to trade in individual stocks, I am beginning to find less interest in mutual funds. Perhaps giving us more information on our after tax returns, and less accounting gibberish, perhaps my staying in mutual funds will be more of value to me. Signed, James Caldwell
